The Toileting Monitor allows you to record wet and soiled movements for any child.

Only children that you have specified you want to record their toileting movements for will appear within this section, you can use the Included section on the system to select the children that you want to display within this section.

Key Areas of the Toileting section

Only children that you have specified you want to record their toileting movements for will appear within this section.
Unlimited toileting movements can be added for any child.
You can select and record the exact time the toileting movement took place.
Parents can view their child's toileting movements and also add records on any device including the app.
Graphical statistics of each child's toileting movements for any month are visible by administrators and parents.

Available on the iPhone and Android apps

The Toileting section is available for use by both Administrators and Parents on the iPhone and Android apps as well as a web browser on a PC, laptop or tablet.

Administrators can add, edit, view and delete wet and soiled toileting movements for any child, and parents can add and view wet and soiled toileting movements for their children and in addition they can view statistical graphs of their children's wet and soiled toileting movements for any month of the year.

Overview

The Toileting Monitor overview page displays all the children you have selected to view in this section within the room they were assigned to.

The Wet and Soiled columns indicates how many wet or soiled movements each child has had recorded for them for today, to record a wet or soiled movement for a child for today clicking on the + Add button in the relevant column, then select the time you would like to record the wet or soiled movement for the child.

To view and record movements for any day other than today clicking on the calendar icon will take you to a new page to view and record additional wet and soiled movements for the selected child for any day.

Monthly View

The monthly view page for a child displays their wet and soiled movements for the current month and year, you can switch and view any month of any year.

To record a wet or soiled movement for the child you click on the blue or brown icon within the selected day, then select the time of the movement and click on the set button.

Within each day of the month if a wet or soiled movement has been recorded, they will show as a blue icon for a wet movement and a brown icon for a soiled movement, alongside this icon the time the movement was recorded is displayed.

Each time a wet or soiled movement has been recorded for the child this data is represented in statistical graphs, these can be viewed in a line chart, area chart, bar chart or column chart.
