Starting Points / Baseline Overview
The starting points / baseline overview page shows you each child on the system organised by room, clicking on the edit icon for any child will take you to a new page where you can set the child's starting points / baseline.
Enter Starting Points
After arriving at the starting points / baseline page for your selected child you will see the EYFS laid out in an easy to view format with the areas of learning at the top of the page, the aspects beneath these and the Early Years Outcomes displayed within their relative age ranges.
You can now proceed to enter the child's starting points for each area of the EYFS by clicking on the select date icon alongside each age range.
Starting Point Notes
After clicking on the select date icon alongside an age range you can now place a tick in the select box alongside each Early Years Outcome that you feel the child has already achieved, if you have selected to add independent notes for each range you can add notes that will appear beneath your selected outcomes. This process can be repeated for all the outcomes within each age range.
After saving the page the system will automatically add your selected achievement date to the outcomes thus marking them as achieved, the system will also add your starting points / baseline notes beneath each outcome.
