The Calendar section allows you to record and display events to administrators and selected parents, events are easily organised within groups and displayed with selected colour labels for easy identification.
Unlimited Calendar Events can be added to the system.
Calendar Groups and Labels can be created to assist with event organisation and identification.
Events can be viewed just by administrators or selected parents.
Expired Events can be edited and made active again.
Parents can add events to the calendar that require approval before going live.
You can communicate and add data directly to the calendar section on your Baby's Days system from any of your Amazon Alexa enabled devices.
You can quickly and easily ask "Alexa" to record a calendar event along with the title, description and date of the event.

The Calendar overview page shows you the active events for the current month, you can switch between months or jump to any month of any year past or present. Each event within the calendar will be assigned with a coloured calendar label for easy identification.
You can add events directly from any calendar month.
Calendar Groups are used on the system to store Calendar Labels, when a Calendar Label is added to the system it must be assigned to a Calendar Group, groups are, for example: Holidays, Birthdays and Celebrations etc.
When a Calendar Event is added to the system it must be assigned with a Calendar Label located within a Calendar Group.
Each time an activity or event is added to the Calendar it is assigned with a Calendar Label, this Calendar Label is a small coloured icon that appears within the calendar and is used to identify specific events easily.
Calendar events appear within the system within multiple sections: Active, Expired and Pending, all active events appear in the calendar, expired events are all the events that have been added to the calendar in the past, these can be edited at any time and made active again, and pending events are events that have been added to the system by parents and are awaiting approval before going live.
When events are added to the system you can decide if only administrators can see the event or if all or selected parents can also view the event.
