Key Areas of the Children's Notes section

Help videos are available to assist you in adding a Child Note to the system.
Edit a Child Note at any time and add additional information.
Each child on the system can have unlimited notes assigned to them.
Parents cannot see any notes assigned to their child.
When creating a Child Note it can be assigned with a review date so that you are alerted to it in the future.

Overview

The Children's Notes overview page shows you every note that has been added to the system for each child on the system, children are displayed in this section within the room they have been assigned to, each note can be assigned with a review date, when the note has reached the review date you will be warned in the Control Centre.

Add a Child's Note

When adding a child's note to your system simply enter a title and add the note description, and finally select if the note has a review date.

When adding the note you can also upload a document in either pdf, doc or jpg format, click the browse button to locate the document on your PC to upload to your system.

View a Child's Note

When viewing a child note all the information relative to the note is displayed, to view the document simply click on the icon to view the document in a new window.
