The Suncream Monitor allows you to record suncream applications for any child.

Only children that you have specified you want to record their suncream applications for will appear within this section, you can use the Included section on the system to select the children that you want to display within this section.

Key Areas of the Suncream section

Only children that you have specified you want to record their suncream applications for will appear within this section.
Unlimited suncream applications can be added for any child.
You can select and record the exact time the suncream application took place.
Parents can view their child's suncream applications and also add records on any device.
Graphical statistics of each child's suncream applications for any month are visible by administrators and parents.

Overview

The Suncream Monitor overview page displays all the children you have selected to view in this section within the room they were assigned to.

The Applications columns indicates how many suncream applications each child has had recorded for them for today, to record a new application for a child for today clicking on the + Add button in the relevant column, then select the time you would like to record the suncream application for the child.

To view and record applications for any day other than today clicking on the calendar icon will take you to a new page to view and record additional applications for the selected child for any day.

Monthly View

The monthly view page for a child displays their suncream applications for the current month and year, you can switch and view any month of any year.

To record a suncream application for the child you click on the blue + icon on within the selected day, then select the time of the application and click on the set button.

Within each day of the month if an application has been recorded, it will show as a blue icon, alongside this icon the time the application was recorded is displayed.

Each time an application has been recorded for the child this data is represented in statistical graphs, these can be viewed in a line chart, area chart, bar chart or column chart.
