How much is Baby's Days?

Baby’s Days is a subscription based software system hosted on OUR multiple high speed, high specification, Dedicated Cloud Servers based in a Tier 4 data centre in Milton Keynes, England.

A Baby's Days subscription is available for purchase in an English version (EYFS) and a Scottish version (GIRFEC and SHANARRI), the payment plans available for a subscription to either system are identical.

When subscribing to Baby's Days you choose from one of three subscription levels and either a Standard, Premium or a Superior package.

Subscription Levels

There are five subscription Levels available for purchase: Level 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

The only differences between Subscription Levels are the number of children that you can add to your personal Baby's Days system.

Level 1 - Allows you to add up to 50 children to your system - Starting from just £15.00+vat per month or £150+vat per year.
Level 2 - Allows you to add up to 100 children to your system - Starting from just £20.00+vat per month or £200+vat per year.
Level 3 - Allows you to add up to 300 children to your system - Starting from just £25.00+vat per month or £250+vat per year.
Level 4 - Allows you to add up to 500 children to your system - Starting from just £45.00+vat per month or £450+vat per year.
Level 5 - Allows you to add an Unlimited number of children to your system - Starting from just £55.00+vat per month or £550+vat per year.

All subscription packages have a one off setup fee of £10.00+vat.

Subscription Packages

There are three Subscription Packages available for purchase: Standard, Premium or Superior.

The differences between the Subscription Packages are the number of photographs, videos and documents that you can add to your personal Baby's Days system, both packages allow staff and parents the ability to operate your Baby's Days system on an app on any Android (Os 4.3.x +) mobile phone or iPhone (Os 9+).

Standard - Allows you to add up to 250,000 Photographs, 40Mb of Documents, 5Gb of Videos and the ability to operate your Baby's Days system on an app on any Android (Os 4.3.x +) mobile phone or iPhone (Os 9+).

Premium - Allows you to add up to 500,000 Photographs, 60Mb of Documents, 10Gb of Videos and the ability to operate your Baby's Days system on an app on any Android (Os 4.3.x +) mobile phone or iPhone (Os 9+).

Superior - Allows you to add up to 1,000,000 Photographs, 60Mb of Documents, 10Gb of Videos and the ability to operate your Baby's Days system on an app on any Android (Os 4.3.x +) mobile phone or iPhone (Os 9+).

Which Subscription Level and Package should I choose?

To decide which Subscription Level and Package is right for you and your business you must first select a Subscription level, for example:

If you are a childminder and you will only ever look after a small number of children, then Level 1 will work for you as you will never need to have more than 50 children on your system.
If you are a small pre-school or nursery, then Level 1 or Level 2 will work for you depending whether you need to add up to 50 or 100 children on your system.
If you are a larger nursery with over 300 children then you will need Level 3, 4 or 5 that allows you to add 300, 500 or Unlimited children on to your system.
