Within each of the above sections on the system, clicking the print icon will open a new window displaying a .PDF document for the area you are looking to print, this document can then be saved to your PC, emailed to a parent/school or instantly printed.

The creation of these .PDF files is a fantastic way to store documents on your PC rather than having boxes of paperwork lying around the play room!
