Shown below are details on how the Baby's Days system integrates Food Menus with Daily Diaries.

When you have created your weekly menus, each days meals will be automatically imported in to each Child's Diary.

We understand that not every child may eat what has been planned for the days meals, so this automatically imported information can be edited if desired.

First, we create our food menu for the week.

Create food menu :: Menus on the system are created for 1 week at a time, this simple creation process is extremely fast and efficient and if your setting rotates their menus on a 4 weekly, 6 weekly or in fact any rotation process, you can quickly copy menus and assign them to a new week. This screenshot shows you the menu creation for 1 week, we have shown you the breakfast section for this week, but both the lunch and dinner sections are the same. Simply enter into each day, what your meals will be for the week, then save the weekly menu.

When we create a Diary for any Child, the menu is automatically imported.

Menu automatically added :: When we create a Child's Diary for any day, as long as that weeks menu has been created, the meals will be automatically imported in to the breakfast, lunch and dinner sections of the Child's diary for that day.

When we create a Child's Diary for any day, as long as that week's menu has been created, the meals will be automatically imported in to the breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner sections of the Child's diary for that day.
